This board makes it possible to connect original instruments based on the ARINC 429 High Speed Bus to the flight simulator via LAN. The board has a single transmitter unit and has been developed as a LAN version for the \u201cARINC 429 HS Transmitter, USB\u201d. Instead of selecting a fixed profile as before, you can freely select the data you need and want to send from a list in the software. This means that several devices can be operated in parallel on the board without having to create a new special profile. <\/p>\n
The board also has a generator for a 400 Hz alternating voltage, which can be varied between 0 and 5 V (RMS) via the software. The lighting of most devices can be operated with 5 V DC without any problems. However, some devices require an AC control voltage to operate and vary the lighting. These are the APE-5100 clock, the DCDU and the full-format printer (Widebody). Similar to other boards, the data source can be selected and a value table can be created for calibration. A total of three connections are available for the voltage (AC signal and ground). <\/p>\n
Please note that the output power is only designed as a control voltage for the above-mentioned devices.
